Whatever TV series you are watching or thing is great, you can drop them and start watching “The Wire”. This is one of the best shows TV has ever offered. With a 9.7 IMDB rating, this has to be the best made so far. The Wire is not your average TV Show, story arcs span over entire seasons and there’s an overall story that runs thoughout the series. But the real keyword is realism! The level of realism reached by this show is incredible and make all show calling themselves “Reality TV” looking like staged cartoons. The social critique and highly accurate picture of the modern American society might be hard to swallow for some, but it’s all real. There is no good and bad, just different shades of grey. Although this might seem like a cops & robbers story, it’s not. It’s more of a X-Ray of the “decline of the American Empire” as said by series creator David Simon.

Need awesome T-Shirts? Look no further. DesignByHumans & Mojizu have it. I just discovered it lately although the site seems to have been around for quite some time. The design are great, most of them are huge, taking up most of the t-shirt (unlike the ones that just have a nice drawing on the chest). There are many designs to choose from and quite varied. Price is not that cheap, mostly $24 but they are well worth every penny. Go to the shop, get a t-shirt and raise some eyebrows next time you head to the club.

Time seemed to drip rather then flow until the release of the Gears of War sequel, but it’s finally out. I still play the first game on the PC, but now that Epic announced that it won’t release a PC version a XBox360 is a must have/buy for this Christmas. The game is trully bigger, better and more bad-ass than the first which already was great. Epic found with this game the perfect mix of story, action and violence needed in a first person shooter. From the awesome graphics to the multiplayer this game received praises all over the review sites. I’m quite choosy when it comes to games since I always look for the perfect balance between story and gameplay and I wasn’t this hyped since Max Payne 2. Tsutomu Nihei emerged as one of the best manga authors to date with his 10 volume “Blame!”. The excellent cyberpunk story grips you from the first pages and never lets go. The graphics are quite breathtaking and Niheis study in architecture leaves a mark on the world of Blame!. Gigantic structures seems to stretch to infinity and space and time themselves are at enormous scales.

Not the newest album out there, but most def one of the best out in a while. What you get is fresh tunes perfectly paced, and there’s really nothing left to be desired. Whether it’s funky, drum’n'bass or breaks everything is in the right amount. Maybe not the best album for parties, although “Knite Riderz” will definatelly get people hopping. Still, awesome music for driving and personal enjoyment. Tracks like “All Born Angels” and “Coast to Coast” will stick with you for quite a while.
